Establishment of the foundation for e-learning

On Wednesday July 21, 2006 the Online Learning Foundation for Meteorology and Hydrology was established at the office of attorney Burgers in Curaçao. Arthur Dania and Roy Evers were present.

The members of the board of the foundation are:
Arthur Dania from Curaçao, President
Colin Depradine from Barbados, Treasurer
Martin Yerg from the USA, Secretary
